The enclosed garden features garden furniture, a large table with chairs, a ping-pong table, and a griddle, allowing you to fully enjoy this verdant haven within the charming setting of a superb Arcachon villa. An ideal location for a holiday with family or friends, offering a convivial and relaxed atmosphere.
The house has a private heated swimming pool (up to 28°C), accessible from April to the end of October depending on weather conditions, secured by an underwater cover and treated with natural salt, for comfortable and serene swimming.

Located just minutes from the beach, shops and markets, the villa allows you to do everything on foot or by bike.
Arcachon train station, with direct connections to Bordeaux in approximately 50 minutes, makes arrivals without a car easy. Once there, the available bicycles offer complete freedom to explore the Bay.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrivals take place between 3pm and 7pm.
We ask you to let us know your arrival time by sending a text message to the number provided, so that we can organize your welcome in the best possible conditions.
Departure is usually in the late morning (time specified when booking).
Late arrival is possible. Please contact us so we can arrange it.
A personalized welcome can then be arranged the following morning to show you the villa and answer your questions.
What type of coffee maker is available?
The villa is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine.
Is coffee provided?
Are there any cleaning facilities?
Yes, the villa is fully equipped to allow you to keep the place clean during your stay.
You will find in particular the basic equipment needed (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop, etc.), in order to guarantee comfort and autonomy throughout your stay.
Are consumables provided?
Yes, consumable products are available to you for the start of your stay (or for a weekend).
