We are fully aware of our responsibility in preserving the environment. Through our accommodations, we strive to reconcile comfort, quality of service, and a reduction of our environmental impact, in a pragmatic and progressive approach.
In a context where ecological issues have become central, the Parador Vert is part of a simple desire: to offer accommodations that respect their environment, without compromising on the traveler experience.
A clear and progressive approach
Every activity related to tourist accommodation — heating, water, maintenance, equipment — has an impact on the environment. We are aware of this, and that is why we have chosen to act on our own scale, by implementing practices aimed at limiting our footprint while maintaining a high level of comfort.
Rather than seeking standardized solutions, we favour an approach tailored to each location, taking into account its architectural, technical and local constraints.
Concrete actions, at every level
Our approach is based on an analysis of the main areas of impact related to our activity. For each of these, we implement concrete actions, including: responsible energy management, careful attention to water consumption, selection of more sustainable materials and equipment whenever possible, and optimized waste management.
These actions are part of a continuous improvement approach, where every change counts.
The Parador Vert holds the European Ecolabel.
Didactic approach
Beyond our own practices, our ambition is also to raise awareness among our visitors about a more environmentally friendly way of travelling.
Without coercion, but through experience, we wish to encourage simple actions and awareness, showing that it is possible to reconcile the pleasure of the stay with attention to the environment.
