The Parador Vert estate consists of several independent cottages (Fermette, Chalet, Grange and Buron) and the reception hall Le Pavillon, allowing it to accommodate different types of stays, from families to school groups and corporate seminars.
Can the entire estate be privatized?
Yes, it is possible to privatize the entire estate to accommodate groups, family events or stays with friends in a natural setting in Auvergne.
Is the swimming pool shared between the cottages?
No, the swimming pool is not shared: it is exclusively accessible to the occupants of the Grange.
The other cottages have private wellness facilities such as jacuzzis or saunas, depending on the accommodation.
What are the arrival times and how should I organize my arrival?
Arrivals are between 4pm and 6pm and you are asked to notify us of your arrival time by SMS in order to organize your welcome on site.
Late arrival is possible with keys provided, and check-in will then take place the following morning.
Are linens and consumables included?
Yes, linens and essential supplies are provided for the start of your stay to ensure maximum comfort from the moment you arrive.
Is the area accessible in winter?
Yes, the area remains accessible in winter provided you are equipped with winter tires or chains, the road being regularly cleared in accordance with local regulations.
